Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! 🙂 We ship our jewelry worldwide and you’ll see the shipping costs for your country during the checkout process. For larger orders, please contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All our jewelry pieces are handmade with love,
especially for you when you place your order in our webshop. After placing your order, it usually takes up to 5 business days to get your item(s) crafted and ready to ship. The shipping time varies per country, but you can check the list below for an estimate delivery time 🙂

How can I care for my jewelry?
  • Put jewelry on after applying makeup.
  • Remove your jewelry before shower or bathing.
  • Don’t wear jewelry In swimming pools and spas.
  • Store your jewelry in a closed air tight bag or container.
  • Take your jewelry off before bed.
What’s the standard length of a necklace?

The standard length of each necklace is 18 Inches (45CM). Of course I can always adjust the length of the chain, but please contact me about that before placing your order or write it in the comment field during checkout.

What are the differences between the chain options?
  • For most necklaces we offer 3 different chain options:
    The normal chain. In most cases this is the chain displayed in the picture. It is a silver plated link chain with a lobster clasp.
  • The sterling silver chain. This chain looks just the same as the normal chain, but instead of being silver plated this chain is made of 925 sterling silver.
  • The toggle chain. This is a thicker silver plated chain with a frontal toggle closure. In this case the pendant suspends from the toggle circle in the front.
Can I swim or shower with my glow pendant?

Since the pendants are made of brass with a silver plating and aren’t full silver, we always suggest to take off your jewelry before taking or shower or going for a swim. While some rain drops won’t kill the necklace, lots of water might tarnish the plating over time..

We try to offer as many local payment methods for our international customers as possible. Right now we have the following payment methods available:

Is shopping in your shop safe?

Absolutely! 🙂 Our webshop is encrypted with an SSL certificate so all information you send to us, is fully secure when there is a green little padlock in the address bar of your browser. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please contact us.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order in our webshop is easy! When you’ve found a necklace, bracelet or set of earrings that you’d like to purchase you can add it to your cart. If a product has customization options such as a chain choice, make sure to select an option before adding the item to your cart. After that, continue shopping or click the little cart icon in the top right corner to go to your cart. If the content of your cart is good, proceed to the checkout page by clicking “Proceed to Checkout”. On the checkout page, please fill in the needed shipping and billing information and select the payment method you would like to use. If everything looks ok, press “Place Order” to confirm your order. At that point we’ll start working on your order right away and will update you when it’s finished and ready to ship 🙂

Do I need an account to place an order?

While having an account with us makes a few things easier, it’s definitely not neccessary. Having an account gives you a few extra options:

  • Your address and billing information can be saved, so if you decide to place a new order, you don’t have to fill in all your information again.
  • You can check your recent order(s) and its order status
  • You can download your invoice and order confirmation
